October Teams Posted On: August 23, 2010, 12:40 am October 2010 Mission Teams Get In The Car volunteer coordinators are actively seeking team members for three consecutive October 2010 Gulf Coast Recovery missions. Since 2006, the GITC organization has made 18 trips with over 120 volunteers offering aid to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita victims. Our commitment to The Gulf Coast Recovery is to provide two light construction crews, two weeks per year until the work is done, and we’re no longer needed. If you have ever used a hammer or a paintbrush – you are qualified!Click Here for full message

Since January 2006, we have been reaching out into world for Jesus Christ through local, national, and international missions. If you are interested becoming a volunteer or donor, please feel free to contact us.

OUR MISSION: Get In The Car is a “construction” relief effort reaching out to those in need who have been affected by life changing events of all types. The relief effort includes many facets from listening ears to swinging hammers. Working hard to be the hands and feet of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we have answered the call to rebuild homes and reconstruct lives at local, national, and international levels.
The only skill truly needed is a patient, heart that is willing to GET IN THE CAR!
